Pro Rotating is certified by Bureau Veritas according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and VCA-P, and in the field of explosion safety ATEX by ExNB.
Quality and HSE policy
The quality and safety policy of the management at Pro Rotating is aimed at ensuring that the activities mentioned in the introduction are carried out in an effective, safe, economical, and environmentally responsible manner. The guiding principle is that, at all times, the agreed-upon requirements with the client and their reasonable expectations can be met.
The management of Pro Rotating views the policy on quality and safety management as an integral part of business operations to fully meet the requirements set by the client.
The objectives are to ensure that:
- The working methods within the company are clearly documented.
- Working conditions and employee well-being are regulated by law and maintained at a high standard.
- Accidents and personal injuries are prevented.
- Material and environmental damage is prevented.
- The safety of third parties is guaranteed.
- Raw materials, auxiliaries, and waste are handled responsibly.
- Customer needs and expectations are optimally met.
- Continuous improvement is pursued.
- Employees can be reintegrated into the workforce as quickly as possible after a period of absence. If offering adapted work provides a solution, Pro Rotating will encourage this as much as possible.
- Absenteeism is minimized.
- Temporary workers are instructed on HSE matters before starting their tasks.
- This policy statement will be reviewed by management to ensure its ongoing suitability. The policy statement will be provided to all employees.
Environmental policy
Pro Rotating aims to prevent the negative effects of its business processes on the environment. Therefore, an adequate environmental policy is necessary. The environmental policy of Pro Rotating is as follows:
- Managing environmental aspects in all processes within Pro Rotating must be an integral part of the process descriptions and work instructions within the management system.
- Efforts must be made to continually improve Pro Rotating’s environmental performance. This is assessed based on the results of audits, measurements, and research.
- The company must operate in an environmentally friendly manner. The regulations set forth in environmental laws form the framework within which the company must work.
- If technological advancements allow for the use of less environmentally damaging raw materials and auxiliaries within Pro Rotating’s business processes, these will be applied. A condition for this is that it does not negatively affect the process or the final product. The use of alternative raw materials and auxiliaries must also be commercially feasible.
The guiding principles for formulating environmental objectives are:
Delivering products and services that are developed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Striving for continuous improvement in the way products and services are developed, in relation to their environmental impact. This is achieved by managing environmental risks as much as possible and initiating new developments.
